Educational Travel
I build and lead travel experiences where the places themselves become part of the teaching.
That work ranges from Grand Canyon geology and river expeditions to London museums and Christian history, and from Egyptian temples and archaeological sites to the geography and historical setting of Scripture.
The common goal is simple: give travelers enough context to understand what they are looking at while they are standing in front of it.
EDUCATIONAL TRAVEL PROGRAMS
London & Egypt
London Christian Tours
London Christian Tours is built around small-group educational travel through the city’s churches, museums, manuscripts, monuments, streets, and historic sites. The program connects Christian heritage, biblical archaeology, church history, science, and the people and events that shaped the English-speaking Christian world.
Rather than moving quickly from attraction to attraction, the tours are designed to leave room for teaching, discussion, and understanding why each place matters.
Egypt Christian Tours
Egypt Christian Tours connects ancient Egyptian history, archaeology, biblical history, geology, temples, inscriptions, museum collections, and the geography of Scripture. The goal is to understand Egypt as a real historical setting rather than treating its monuments as isolated attractions.
Groups encounter the evidence in context—from Cairo and Giza to the eastern Delta, the Red Sea, Luxor, and the Nile. Museum collections, inscriptions, temples, and archaeological landscapes provide the framework for understanding how the pieces fit together.

An 11-day journey through Cairo, Giza, Faiyum, Goshen, Tanis, the Red Sea, Luxor, and the Nile with archaeology, geography, and biblical history kept in view throughout.
GRAND CANYON
Guiding closer to home
Much of my educational travel experience began in Grand Canyon National Park through Canyon Ministries. More than 1,000 days of guiding and teaching in the Canyon, including more than 50 multi-day river expeditions, have shaped the way I approach every destination: start with the place, slow down enough to observe it, and use the landscape and evidence in front of us to explain the larger story.
